I’m a consultant for Alpha Cetauri Mining, a leading gold producer and exploration firm based in Gabon. We operate in Central Africa and have expanded into manganese and iron exploration since 2022.

We needed help with our task management, scheduling, and fleet management.

Can you describe the scope of work Proarc AI handled for Alpha Cetauri Mining?

Proarc AI deployed two modules into a single internal product, which is now live in our company's system. The first module is for task management and scheduling. As a consultant, I have to overlook hundreds of tasks daily, and I had no way to keep track of them before. Proarc AI has developed a solution where I can assign tasks to teammates from a platform and see real-time progress on those tasks, along with AI insights.For the second module, Proarc AI has developed a fleet management system. Our fleet was underutilized, and the costs related to servicing it were high. The team has developed an overlooking system to increase our utilization and timely maintenance of our fleet. From this single place, we can manage our whole fleet.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with Proarc AI, our downtime has decreased, and our costs for fleet management and tasks have decreased. We’ve also increased the number of tasks completed in the same time frame, and managing them is much easier. Our downtime has decreased by over 50%, our utilization has reached up to 90%, and our costs have come down by around 40%. We’ve also saved around two hours daily in task management.It took time to get used to the new system, but now it’s an integral part of my routine to use the tools and manage the business in an easier way.

How did Proarc AI perform from a project management standpoint?

Proarc AI has delivered on the agreed time and more than we’ve asked for. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Proarc AI is responsive and project-oriented instead of money-oriented. They have a better vision and a strong business understanding.
