Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

My organization previously had no employees but recently hired two employees and therefore had to setup payroll software and processes. Proact CFO provided consultating on which software would be best to use for and even pointed us to some discounts avaialble to non-profits. We now have payroll software and processes in place and things are running smoothly.

We are also working to consolidate our credit card processing services from several different companies to just one or two and Proact CFO was able to guide us towards a specific one that caters to non-profits, is much less expensive than others, and will likely make year-end donor reporting much more efficient as well.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are now functioning well with two employees and have payroll systems in place that work efficiently so that we can focus on our key organizational goals and not be distracted time-consuming by back office processes.

Proact CFO was understanding and responsive to our needs. We were pleased with how quickly we were able to get everything setup.
