Pro Print Inc.

Pro Print has a long history full of name changes and owners.  Many will be surprised to learn that Pro Print started out as Webb Direct Mailing.  Founded by T. Gerald Webb in 1927, Webb Direct Mailing was one of the first printing companies in Saskatoon.  Offering Multigraphing, Mimeographing, Form Letters, Addressing and Mailing services.

Originally Webb Direct Mailing was located on the 4th floor of the Birks Building at the corner of 21st Street & 3rd Avenue.  For the next 84 years, they would occupy many different locations within the downtown core.  Canada Building, Cobbold Block on 2nd Ave, and  above the Maigold Café on 3rd Ave, were all pervious location before settling in the Avenue building on 3rd Avenue in 1961. 

Along with the moves came a series of name changes.  Webb Direct Mailing became Winterton Direct Mail Service, which would change to Early Mailing Service.  The last of these changes occurred in 2009 when the print company Pro Print was acquired.  Early Mailing Services and Pro Print would merge services and the new company would keep the Pro Print trade name.

In 2011 another merger of printing peers would take place as Pro Print and Ink Spot Graphics would combine to provide a larger scope of services to their expanded base of customers.  Pro Print Inc would make one final move to its current location at 127A Ave D North.
