I’m the co-owner of two tax and accounting companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pro Digital Mind?

We wanted assistance with marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Originally, we just hired Pro Digital Mind for digital marketing services. However, after talking to them about their skillset and seeing some of their work, we decided to have them do design work as well. 

Presently, they manage our social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and run email marketing campaigns. 

What is the team composition? 

My main point of contact was Abinash (CEO, CMO & Founder). 

How did you come to work with Pro Digital Mind?

I think I found them through UpWork. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent a few thousand dollars so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2019, and the work is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We look at the bounce rate for emails and the conversion rates to our site from social media accounts. Our metrics have improved a lot since working with them. They’re doing better than other vendors we’ve worked with in the past. 

How did Pro Digital Mind perform from a project management standpoint?

Abinash has excellent project management skills. He delegates seamlessly to his team. I don’t feel like I have to micro-manage the project at all. He was able to capitalize on our vision. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team is very friendly and outgoing. They’re passionate about their work. Rather than looking at a task as something they have to do, they look at it as something they’re excited to do. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m really satisfied with the project, there’s nothing that I have to complain about.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You won’t find anyone in their price range for this level of quality. I would recommend working with them.
