We needed help with digital marketing to increase our number of online leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pro Digital Marketing runs our lead generation. Their team manages our SEO efforts and Google Ads, utilizing keyboards we provided along with others they identified in our marketplace.

We’re working with two teammates from Pro Digital Marketing. 

How did you come to work with Pro Digital Marketing?

I found Pro Digital Marketing in an online search. We reviewed proposals and interviewed 2–3 other firms, but we decided on ​​Pro Digital Marketing in the end.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend $2,500 a month with Pro Digital Marketing. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Pro Digital Marketing in October 2021 and our partnership is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Pro Digital Marketing has had a huge impact on our business — we’ve found 30–40 new long-term customers. We’ve got a lot of inquiries from our Google Ads, and despite recently stopping them, we’re still getting calls from them. 

How did Pro Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Pro Digital Marketing is responsive and timely: if I send an email, they’ll respond within the next day or so. We both provide weekly feedback, and they send out weekly reports — they use that information to change our digital strategy accordingly by adding or removing keywords. Generally, we use email, phone calls, and Google Sheets to communicate and track project progress. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Pro Digital Marketing went in-depth to understand the problems we were facing. At the start, we had some leads but didn’t have any long-term customers or great conversion. Pro Digital Marketing provided our customer service officer with a one-hour training to show what to look for in a potential customer and how to trigger a customer response after a quote is sent. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I want Pro Digital Marketing to understand our customer base better to get more long-term customers. We’re getting there, but I think their team could do more to ensure the right segment of the market is hit.  

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d recommend Pro Digital Marketing to anyone — they go in-depth with each project and are very professional. However, I’d also advise customers to provide Pro Digital Marketing with quality feedback: be honest and transparent about information from customers and potential leads.

SEO and website refresh.  To update the website to newer fresher look and to be found on 1st page of google for a number of keywords

We had multiple quotes and selected based on cost and experience

To refresh our website creating new pages and seeding the site with new keywords to assist in the SEO process.

Delivered on time and within budget.  Very happy

Very easu to deal with and provided constant updates via emails and google meetings online.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There constant communication made me feel like I was there highest priority despite their workload.
