From the start, they took the time to understand exactly what we needed instead of jumping straight into development. We had a few specific requirements around transaction handling, reporting, and admin controls, and they were able to translate those into a clean, working system without overcomplicating things. Communication was consistent throughout the project. We got regular updates, and whenever we had questions or wanted to adjust something, they were quick to respond and make the changes. Nothing felt like a hassle on their end. The biggest thing for us was timing, and they delivered everything on schedule. No last-minute surprises, no delays. When they said something would be ready, it was. The final system works exactly how we expected: stable, easy to manage, and fits well with the rest of our workflow. Overall, very satisfied with their work and would definitely consider working with them again.

The outcomes were pretty clear once the system went live. We were able to process payments more smoothly without the issues we had before, and transaction handling became much more reliable. There was a bit of difficulty when it came to handling a few last-minute changes toward the end of the project. Some adjustments took slightly longer than expected to be reflected, which created a bit of back-and-forth before everything was finalized. It wasn’t a major issue, but having a more streamlined process for late-stage revisions would have made things smoother.
