Your team is the best. I appreciate you restoring my online reputation. Here is the narrative. I own an HVAC business, and one of our customers had AC installed. The customer was satisfied, all of it was flawless, and he then made the decision to refund the funds through his account. We submitted the bank all the paperwork proving that the service was completed successfully, and we even had the client's testimony attesting to how pleased he was. The bank issued a warning to the client as it was a scam. And then, the client listed my business as a scam all over the internet. Business went down. I had to do something. I contacted PWB and fortunately they helped me get those bad reviews removed in no more than 2.5 months.
