What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They have a great sales pitch but rush to sign you up and not much after that. I was told they take care of everything when setting up Lan LC, so I wouldn't have to worry about anything. I started in August 2024, and I am now just learning about the BOI form. When a colleague of mine made me aware, I emailed them. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The customer service representative informed me that they didn't offer this service then but are now informing clients that they offer it. They did not inform me. They failed to make me aware of this form. Even if they couldn't offer the service to complete the form, I would expect them to make me aware that I needed to fill it out in the first 90 days, as I am finding out now. 
I had to email them, and they wanted to charge me. They also claimed it's a new form that has recently been required. Looks like is passed in 2022, effective this year. It's not like they were unaware of this. They have since offered to comp me and do. Their customer service department is very responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
When selling a service, I want to take care of everything and handle the complete process, including all forms, liabilities, and considerations for that particular need. I hired a company because they are the experts, and I expect them to take full accountability for making sure I am in the know and 100% compliant. I do not wish to waste my time watching videos or searching the internet for how-tos and what I should do. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Prime Corporate Services could have done differently?

I've hired another company to handle all other aspects of my financial needs, and I recommend that anyone else do the same.
