All aspects are suggested by Primal, which normal target audience is the B2B client. So, SEM and SEO are the main priority as our target audience focuses on the Google platform. However, we are building our brand and educating B2C audiences to let them know our product is safe.

We could meet them as a full team operation in the quarterly meetings in which they have a dedicated strategist, account manager, media planner, ads operation, content team, and graphic team.

Our thinking way on marketing had been changed, normally we are scientists based which always delivers facts to our audience. But, it is difficult to understand. However, the Primal team is marketing based, so they can think of a word or phrase with the language that is more friendly to our audience.

I think they mentioned SENTR, which is like the internal management tools for a marketing company (mostly we are experienced with JIRA or Trello as the scientist and R&D company. Also, they have a dashboard to summarize all of the campaigns in one place created on Google data studio.

They are friendly and always reachable, even on holidays or days off. And, their profession in working individually makes them focus on only one thing rather than mix all things together in one person.

The overall rating is excellent, however, we knew that all experts and professionals in the team utilize all budget we spent. As a small company and startup, the budget might be too steep for us to continue the project (but still we appreciate how Primal works).

The scope of work initially started with a on boarding call and briefing session in order to go over the overall strategy and approach. What followed were multiple sessions of feedback rounds going over a content design and features for our e-commerce platform.

During this time our SEO strategy was discussed to go over keywords to target and also to get an understanding of our customers we shared a lot of information from our customer database in order for Primal to get a better understanding. Once the website was launched Primal assisted with setting up our analytics so that we could measure the results of the website and the SEO work.

We noticed a substantial increase of online inquiries through the website and we were also able to see an uptick in sales in which we hope to maintain as our social media marketing an SEO starts to gain traction over the next few months

The workflow was overall smooth we communicated mainly over email and phone calls and video calls times were slight miscommunications and delays however they were quickly resolved between us.

As this is our first time engaging a digital marketing agency we found Primal to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects including consulting on the areas of business that we’re not necessarily digital marketing and they have impressed us with their ability to realize our vision for our online presence

The website project did take quite some time to be completed ideally we would have preferred the project to be completed faster however we understand that there were multiple feed back rounds which caused the delays and Primal’s attention to detail has led us to end up with a great finished outcome.

Primal is a leading digital marketing agency in Thailand and we started a short-term contract (3 months) to see how it worked between us and found the experience in the first 3 months was very efficient and useful for the company.

After Selfie gave Primal team the monthly campaign strategy for social media platforms and SEM, they created a plan for the targeting and worked on the performance optimization. In the first few months, we monitored the ad results closely and iterated fast (pausing the campaigns and reallocate the budget). At the end of the month, they sent us a report for the overall ad performance results and we would discuss on the next step for the next month.

Our CAC/lead went down from USD15 in FEB22 to USD6 APR22. The overall 3 months average CAC/Lead is below USD10 which is the target we want to hit within Q1 22. The impression has went up from 0.5M / month in 2021 to 1.5M / month in 2022 with similar ad spend on awareness campaigns.

We planned out the campaign 1 week before the next month including finalize the budget, visuals and captions. Along the month, I monitor the campaign results closely to see if there's any thing we need to be aware of and inform Primal team if there's any interesting observations, so that we can iterate immediately. We have at least one call a week to discuss on the observations and to adjust the strategy if needed.

Lastly, Primal will keep sharing their thoughts and observations so that I can bake into the strategy and budget in the next month. I found the process is very flexible and very good for a startup like us when we are still in a learning stage and we need to move and iterate pretty fast.

Primal team is very responsible and hard-working. K.Nad, our key account is very opened and has been very responsive to any of our requests and concerns. He also acts very fast when we have an immediate change like a sudden budget increase during the month.

He is very clear and professional when providing his team observations and thoughts. I feel like we work like a team and K.Nad can represent and transfer the information well between vendor and Primal. He's also very polite and calm. Really enjoyable to work with.
