Prestige Advocates & Legal Consultants was first established in Dubai, UAE, almost a decade ago and then in Abu Dhabi, UAE, founded by Dr. Ali Al Jarman, a UAE national. The company has since expanded steadily over the last 10 years and is proud to have secured successful global partnerships in Rome, Milan, Baghdad, KSA, Tokyo, London, and Brussels subsequently creating the Prestige Group, a truly Arab international brand. Prestige serves blue chip companies with local and international interests, local family-run businesses, and private individuals.

The partners'​ goal was to create an international firm in the Middle East region and expand that brand to Europe and Asia. Each office employs lawyers appropriate to the region and importantly the ability to communicate in the mother tongue of that region, to provide uncompromising high-quality legal advice to companies, financial institutions, individuals, insurers, and international service providers, including law firms in:
a) Structuring, re-structuring, documenting, negotiating, and consummating business transactions in the UAE and the MENA region
b) Resolving disputes in a responsive and business-friendly manner.

80% of the lawyers in the Gulf region are from the MENA region with Arabic as the main language is spoken in the offices, followed by English, French, and Spanish.
