What challenge were you trying to address with Prestar Consulting?

We needed a company that could provide us with Salesforce integration services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Prestar Consulting to do some Salesforce integration work. They were tasked with integrating our custom API with the Salesforce API.

For this project, we didn't have a very clear idea upfront of what it was we actually needed to have done because we don't do Salesforce integration work, but we use Salesforce as our CRM.

We started the engagement by providing them with some concepts, and they were able to help us draw up the scope of work that described what the Salesforce work would actually be to achieve our goals. After that, we worked with them to implement everything.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their work reduced our staff’s burden in terms of maintaining customer records and infrastructure information in our application and reduced the time to maintain certain pieces of information to zero. What used to take a few days in configuration and back and forth in handoffs is now all automated.
