Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m one of the owners of Core X System, LLC. We’re a fitness equipment company, creating small resistance training products for professional teams, athletes, and the general public.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with PressOnDemand Design LLC?

We hired PressOnDemand Design LLC to update our website, develop our online store, and manage our social media.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

PressOnDemand Design LLC works to make sure that our digital presence looks current, from our website to our social media channels. Based on that content, they’ve compiled assets to develop our Shopify store, doing the artwork, content, and user flow. 

The main component involved getting our equipment packages sorted out. They built plans for basic, intermediate, and advanced users, setting up the payment processing so that we would receive the money directly in our bank account.

On the social media side, PressOnDemand Design LLC currently works on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. The team runs our Facebook ads and is in charge of our videos.

What is the team composition? 

We worked with Michael (Founder) on everything. He would gather all of the information and ask for anything he couldn’t get himself. Once he put something together, he would send it to us for approval.

How did you come to work with PressOnDemand Design LLC?

A colleague of mine recommended PressOnDemand Design LLC after they did some good work for him, so we talked to them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent in the range of $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

They started working with us in May 2020. So far, they’ve finished the site and are now supporting our social media efforts.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to their work, our follower count has grown dramatically across all of our platforms, which has resulted in increased sales. The only form of advertising that we have is our social, so it’s good to see that business has jumped substantially despite these tough times. 

How did PressOnDemand Design LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Anything I ask them to do, they get it done fast and professionally. The team is good at following directions, and they can come up with their own ideas to pitch, too. We communicate via phone, email, Zoom, and sometimes WhatsApp. I like that I can pick up the phone and call them to get an answer.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve gone through several companies over the years, and PressOnDemand Design LLC has been the best about getting things done. It’s their professionalism. They understand our projects and are passionate enough to go above and beyond and deliver.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything. They’re always on top of the latest technologies and suggest new things.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have an idea of what you want and let them fill in the blanks. There will be things that you don’t know as an entrepreneur that they have a better handle of. They know how to promote your business, which platforms to use, and how to make the most of your tech.
