I'm the founder, owner, and CEO of Forman lab of a small consulting company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Presium?

I needed help creating marketing materials for my business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The first task I gave them was to create a brochure that I could use to promote my services, where I could give potential clients an idea about who I am and what my company is about, which they completed in less than a week. Next, they helped me is social media posts. I wanted them to create a series of posts I could use on different platforms.

What is the team composition?

I worked with two people for their team and they're designers. They specialize in presentation and information facilitation.

How did you come to work with Presium?

I made an application on Upwork and they were the quickest to get back to me.

How much have you invested with them?    

We've invested $700.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in February 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They're very fast and efficient and it's been really easy to work with them. As a business owner, I'm impressed with the quality of work and how much it cost. Other experts would charge more for designing. The social media posts are very bright, so people are noticing and commenting on them. They were definitely able to take my ideas and make them happen. They took really good care of me.

How did Presium perform from a project management standpoint?

They definitely went above my expectations. I thought they would need more direction and the quality wouldn't be as high as it was, but they completely nailed it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I liked how they always got back to me very quickly. They were very honest and gave very good feedback, and completed the project quickly too.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I haven't had any bad experiences. It's been great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to give them deadlines and provide them as many details beforehand as possible. Having clear communication on setting expectations is crucial.
