Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Artemis Connection. We’re a strategy firm that serves that mid-market space on growth and innovation strategies.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Presentation Depot?

Because many of our employees come from major consulting groups, we’re used to having production and research support. We wanted to give the team leverage so they can focus on the highest priority business challenges while tasks like slide-building and cleanup are taken care of by an offshore team overnight.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Presentation Depot created Google Slides and PowerPoint slide decks for us. They focus on design and formatting. Confidentiality is really important for us, so they have a way of ensuring that our client information doesn’t get out.

How did you come to work with Presentation Depot?

They came highly recommended by a few leaders we really respect. We were evaluating price, quality, and security, and Presentation Depot was the clear winner.

We’ve spent about $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership started in April 2018 and is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We look at requests delivered on time. Presentation Depot has hit every single deadline and given timely answers despite our side’s multiple time zones. The second metric is the percentage of Presentation Depot’s slides used in the client’s final deliverables. At best, that rate is about 80%.

How did Presentation Depot perform from a project management standpoint?

I haven’t had any issues with project management. I don’t worry about things I hand over to Presentation Depot.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We appreciate their confidentiality and privacy; they make sure our info doesn’t get into anyone else’s hands

Are there any areas they could improve?

With design, it’s always nice to have more variety.

Any advice for potential customers?

Provide examples of what you particularly like. design is so subjective to personal preferences, so I think giving examples is important. Also, be really clear on deadlines and timelines.
