Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Premium Data analyzed how our sales data was distributed across three different platforms and designed a solution to centralize it in one place. The project included connecting the different data sources, structuring and consolidating the information, and building an automated dashboard that updates without manual intervention. The main deliverable was a clear, reliable and easy-to-use dashboard that gives us a global view of the business and allows us to understand performance across all sales channels much more easily. Pedro also guided me through the whole process, explaining each step in a very clear way so I could understand how the system works despite not having a technical background.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project successfully centralized data from three different sales channels into one automated dashboard. We no longer need to manually collect and consolidate this information, as the dashboard updates automatically. This has significantly reduced the time spent managing data and, more importantly, given us a reliable global view of the business for the first time. We can now compare performance across channels much more easily, identify trends faster, and make decisions based on up-to-date information rather than fragmented data.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Pedro managed the project in a very clear and efficient way. Communication was direct and easy throughout the process, and he was always very responsive whenever I had questions or needed adjustments. He understood my needs very quickly, proposed practical solutions and adapted the project whenever necessary. Everything was delivered as agreed, and I always had a clear understanding of what was being done and why. I especially appreciated his ability to explain technical topics in a simple way, which made the whole process very easy to follow despite my non-technical background.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was Pedro’s ability to understand the business need behind the technical problem. He does not simply build a solution; he first understands what is actually useful for the company and then turns that into something practical, clear and efficient. He is extremely solution-oriented and has a very direct, no-nonsense way of working. At the same time, he explains everything in a way that is easy to understand, even for someone without a technical background. That combination of technical expertise, business understanding and clear communication is what I found most valuable about working with Premium Data.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Premium Data could have done differently?

At this stage, I don’t have any specific areas for improvement. The project was handled efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and the final solution met our needs very well. We are already planning another project with Premium Data, which is probably the best indication of how satisfied we are with the collaboration.
