At Prelany Co., we diagnose before we recommend anything. Before any tool or system gets proposed, we map how work actually moves through the business today — who touches it first, where it sits waiting, what depends on one person remembering. That diagnosis can conclude a few different things: keep something as-is, improve it slightly, connect two tools that already exist, replace what's no longer working, or build something new. Not every finding leads to a rebuild — sometimes the right answer is "keep doing what you're doing."

We work with established, growing businesses that are running into this wall: manual work that should be automated, a process that worked at a smaller size and is now breaking, or no unified view of what's actually happening across the business.
