I'm an executive at a virtual tour development company. We create virtual tools for international schools.

We hired them to develop our website because our previous platform wasn't dynamic.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Preigo Fover Technologies did web design and development for us from scratch, including our site's customization and database work to make it more dynamic.

Regarding features, the website has a 360 view of the virtual tools we developed. Preigo Fover Technologies also added the option to update the platform with our different clients, our work, and our services. The website is also linked to HubSpot and other marketing platforms.

Currently, they're doing maintenance, domain registration, and hosting. The domain is registered in our company's name, but they do the renewal and handle whatever we require.

We've worked with two members of their team, including their project head and a developer.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent around $2,000 on this project.

What is the status of the engagement?

We started working together in October 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We get a lot of leads because the new website is more user-friendly. Moreover, we've asked them to make an SEO-friendly and responsive website, and they delivered exactly what we asked for.

How did Preigo Fover Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They are professional with project management; they use JIRA as the main tool. In terms of communication, we use Zoom, phone calls, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer support and responsiveness are outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on because everything's working out fine for us.

You'll get a good result if your requirements are clear and you put across all your ideas and expectations.
