I’m the owner of Kristy Pet Shop. We sell pet food, treats, toys, grooming products, accessories, and other essential supplies for dogs, cats, and other pets.

Preferic Solutions handled our SEO and digital marketing efforts, focusing on improving our online visibility and search rankings. The main deliverables included keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, content optimization, backlink building, and overall website visibility improvements. The team also created content for our website and helped manage and improve our social media presence alongside the SEO and website optimization work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw improved search visibility, higher rankings for relevant keywords, increased website traffic, and stronger overall online visibility for Kristy Pet Shop. The content and social media efforts also helped us build a more consistent online presence, reach more potential customers, and ultimately contributed to an increase in revenue.During the project,
Kristy Pet Shop saw strong improvements across its digital performance. Website traffic increased by approximately 45%, organic keyword rankings improved by around 60%, and online inquiries grew by nearly 35%. The stronger online visibility and increased customer reach also contributed to an estimated 25% increase in revenue during the project period.

How did Preferic Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The strategies that had the biggest impact were the combination of traditional SEO, AI GEO (generative engine optimization), content creation, keyword targeting, and off-page SEO. Preferic Solutions also focused on optimizing our online presence for AI-driven search and improving our visibility across search engines. These strategies, along with social media support and content optimization, helped increase our reach, traffic, and overall online visibility.
What impressed me most was their ability to combine traditional SEO with newer AI GEO strategies. Preferic Solutions took a proactive approach to content, search visibility, and social media rather than focusing on just one area. They were also responsive, creative, and focused on delivering strategies that produced measurable business results.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were very satisfied with Preferic Solutions and the results they delivered. If anything, having more frequent progress updates and reporting during the early stages of the project could have made it easier to track the impact of each strategy. However, they were responsive to feedback and continuously improved the approach throughout the project.
