What We Do

We help provide structure to businesses, which enables them to grow. For example, we are now working with a company with many staff members and very little processes in place. We are working together with them to help implement new IT systems and a hierarchical role structure for the staff.

Who We Are

We are a team of highly qualified and experienced consultants. We have all had a wealth of experience in large corporate firms. We have a no-nonscience and down to earth approach, making it very easy to work with our clients and cut through the fluff to create real solutions.

The Stages

There are three stages involved in this and we will call them Analysis, Design and Implementation. 

Analysis: We meet with the owners and look at the complete business and how it is currently being managed. We identify what needs improvement and then move to the next stage, design. 

Design: We create a plan of how to make an improved structure to the business and help it grow. We use professional business models to ensure that each step in the plan is evidence-based as well as being very practical and down to earth.

Implementation: We meet with the owners on a weekly basis to support them in implementing the plan effectively, and troubleshoot any issues until the plan is running successfully.
