Praxis Model

Praxis Model is a restaurant feasibility study consultancy for the six GCC markets: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman. Each study is built for one concept on one site. You receive The Study, a full financial model you can open and test (capital budget, sales built from the menu, seats and dayparts, the cost engine, a line-by-line profit and loss, five years of projections, payback and break-even), and The Thesis, the written reasoning behind every figure. Every study ends in a direct verdict: Go, Go with Conditions, or a plain no when the numbers say no. Prices are fixed and published: one location USD 3,999 at the founding price, two locations USD 6,999, three or more USD 9,999. Studies are delivered in seven days from the completed questionnaire. An Investor Edition adds a presentation version for banks, investors and landlords. Praxis Model is independent: it earns nothing from a client's lease, fit-out, franchise or licence.
