We grew from four clinicians to nine clinicians within a 12-month period. This meant hiring and growing our office space footprint to accommodate this, along with increasing our referrals to keep these providers full.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Practice Growth Co has helped us get our conversion costs down from $100 to roughly $50. The team has also implemented tracking of our referral pipeline. Throughout this process, their conversion tracking and optimization have been fantastic. This data has really helped us, and many agencies and freelancers before Practice Growth Co never delivered this. We’ve gone from someone who couldn’t get the job done to a therapist specialist organization that only got us two conversions, to Practice Growth Co delivering 30–35 mini leads for us every month. Our costs have come down, and our volume has increased. Now, we’re moving into SEO to keep the volume growing. Working with Practice Growth Co has been 10/10 successful for us. Our organic traffic and referrals have increased as well. We’ve started ranking on page one of most searches involving counselors or counseling, which has grown our organic pipeline. Before working with Practice Growth Co, we had almost zero organic traffic unless it was word of mouth. Now, we’re getting 20+ form fills organically every month. Overall, we’ve doubled in size from a headcount and physical office space standpoint, and we’re still growing.

How did Practice Growth Co perform from a project management standpoint?

Practice Growth Co delivers on time and has no quality issues. As a business owner, I always verify and check into things. Now, I’m at the point where trust has been built, and I don’t really need to do that. It’s really nice to know that I don’t have to follow up on things until I have free time. I can prioritize my time into seeing clients or addressing other business needs and come back to Practice Growth Co’s work as I have available time. Again, they always deliver results within the timeframes they discuss.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s impressive how simple it is to work with Practice Growth Co. In an industry full of companies or people that don’t deliver, Practice Growth Co always does.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing Practice Growth Co could do better. They’ve always been right, even when I’ve pushed them to do something different. I’ve wasted some money wanting to try my own suggestions, but that’s on me, not on them. To be fair, they told me they didn’t think it would work, and they’ve given it a full attempt to make things successful. The reality is that there wasn’t enough volume there to be cost-effective.

We had an immediate 30% increase in conversions and we continue to improve.

Meets deadlines, corrects errors and is open when things do not work out. I appreciate the transparency. Mike will get on a call immediately if I have any concerns. Mostly, I trust that he admits when things are wrong (a sign of intelligence) and that he improves them immediately. He is a real asset to my organization, and I trust him wholeheartedly. He also learned about my business so that we can see things clearly.
