I like the way they showcased their strategy. Explaining everything in detail and in such a way that was easy to understand..also sounded logical.

The primary objective was to increase followers on Instagram. This was achieved by the company. Apart from that, the secondary objective was to increase post engagement, which was also achieved.

Only one resource was working with me as that I was sufficient. I provided them with all the marketing material and the dedicated account manager assigned to me by PPC Specialists India handled the rest.

Overall I am satisfied with the results. We were not able to achieve the actual target but we were close.

There was complete transparency, efficient communication and proper reporting. I knew what was happening from start to finish.

Their principle of being transparent was impressive. Even if anything goes wrong, the team doesn't hide their failures and make decisions based on data analysis and consumer behaviour.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have only worked for 1 month with them, so can't comment about any improvements.

Nivacomm Solutions is a branding and consultancy company. I provide them with branding and communication services and help with strategizing and executing marketing campaigns. I get a lot of work done through my community of freelancers.

My clients needed help with their Google, Instagram, and Facebook ads, so I tapped PPC Specialist India provided to provide white-label PPC services.

A particular client of mine needed to conduct several social media campaigns. PPC Specialist India stepped in to run separate campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

There were between 1–3 people working with me at the time. I acted as the mediator between my client and PPC Specialist India. After having worked with them for over 2–3 months, however, I developed enough trust in them to let the client directly approach the team themselves.

PPC Specialist India has brought down our cost significantly by about 30%–40%. I’ve not heard any complaints about the team’s services, and my clients have nothing but amazing things to say about their work.

PPC Specialist India always commits more than what they initially promise. They always make it a point to deliver by the deadline, and when they fail to, it is never by more than 24–48 hours.

I do not use any project management tools but we share weekly reports via Excel and Google sheets. They track everything in real-time and report weekly or daily on the campaign metrics.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Whatever they’ve committed to us, they have delivered. I think that's a big standout because small startups need to maximize results from a limited budget. PPC Specialist India helped us achieve just that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don't have specific feedback on this aspect.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be sure to participate in a workshop with PPC Specialist India to allow them to discover your brand. They're very good at grasping details, so tell them how you want your audience to perceive you and what demographic you are targeting. Be upfront about your objectives, because they will surely deliver on that.
