We are POWER CFO, led by Owen Power — a CPA, CGMA and CA(SA) who serves as a fractional CFO and exit strategist. Our team blends corporate finance rigor with hands‑on operational insight for scaling and manufacturing businesses. We deliver forecasting, cash‑flow strategy, financial reporting and board‑level guidance. Proven in turnarounds and exits, we mentor controllers, tighten unit economics, and help clients improve margins, visibility and readiness for growth or sale.
