PopNet Media provided full website setup and design services. The team also set up and optimized my Google Business Profile. Their work included logo design and hosting services.

I worked with one teammate from PopNet Media.

How did you come to work with PopNet Media?

I found PopNet Media through an online search. I chose the team because Rob, the owner, answered all my questions and made many considerations I hadn’t thought of, which turned out to be great for my business.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2023. The initial project is done, but PopNet Media still helps with local lead generation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I wasn’t listed at all, and shortly after setup, I started getting calls. I now receive an average of five calls per month. This has resulted in constant work.

How did PopNet Media perform from a project management standpoint?

PopNet Media has kept me updated on the progress and asked for input and feedback. The team has delivered on time and responded well to my needs. We mainly communicate via phone calls. Overall, the project has gone smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I am impressed with PopNet Media’s response time and personal care about the project.
