Test Status Report (planned, implemented, executed, failed) in Excel

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

In general they delivered on time, with the expected quality and was responding to our needs.

Maybe they could have used a bit more transperancy in planning and status, and maybe also had taken some more responsibility in driving their part of the work.

However, it was a complex Medical Device project set-up. Where Pogos worked for the customer via Glaze. And the customer was very inmature within SW development and Medical Devices.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The testers were extremely good at the job - both effective and efficient.

And even though the had no (or very little) experience with Medical Device they adapted very quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pogos could have done differently?

1. Maybe take more responsibility in driving their part of the work
2. Which, maybe requires that some of the project mgt/coordination tasks is allocated to a person with these (personal) skills
3. Improve transperancy in planning and status
