Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Principal, my company expertise is in system and network design for:

• wireless and wireline networks
• performance analysis and optimization 
• next-generation packet and TDM architectures
• next-generation wireless system and network architectures for GSM, CDMA, and Wi-Max networks
• algorithm and protocol design and analysis
• IP routing and signaling protocols for MPLS and multi-layer networks and for metro-Ethernet and Wi-Max networks
• dynamic optical networks.

Have served clients on 4 continents in all phases of the telecom food chain: chips/semiconductors, system vendors, software and testing vendors, technology houses, and Tier 1-Tier 3 operators/carriers.

I have a LinkedIn Group of over 12,000+ members, I want to collect all of their data which LinkedIn made it looks impossible to do.

What were your goals for this project?

I need the provider to collect the member information and put them in a database.

We received many proposal, but PlusOneMark stood out by took the initiative to make a short video to illustrate how they would solve my problem, which allowed me to immediately hire them.

Before I decided to work with PlusOneMark, they asked questions to match my expectations and their expertise. Then they sent me a video explaining their method and how they will assist me to achieve my goal. After I selected them, they managed the communications and report regularly so I understand whole processes.

My communication primarily with the owner, she and their team helped me complete the project.

They promised to send the report less than 2 weeks. They delivered as they said with the quality I expected.

The owner communicated effectively. She nicely answered all questions and reported everything in a timely manner.

I highly recommend them for their promptness, insightfulness. The team had an attitude of truly helping each client achieve their project goals.

Nothing. They know what they're doing and I'm satisfied with the result.
