Platformhuset

Platformhuset is a software house in Copenhagen. We build and run the systems a business depends on: customer portals with multiple roles, price calculators built on your own pricing rules, booking connected to finance, iPhone and Android apps, integrations and automations that move information between your existing systems without manual work, and AI built into the workflows where it pays off.

We start with the workflow, not the technology. What information do you move around today, who touches it, and what should be easier afterwards? Then we build the smallest version that solves the task and put it into production.

Before we start, the essentials are in writing: scope, price and delivery plan, how the solution is tested and approved, and the terms for operations, changes and handover. Along the way you get a version to try before anything goes live. Rights to code, design and data are set out in the agreement, and handover is part of the delivery, so you can always take the solution further.

After launch we keep the solution running with hosting, daily backups, uptime monitoring and ongoing security updates. Development happens in Denmark, and you have the same contact from the first conversation to the finished solution.

We use the same methods for our own products. We have built three platforms and run them today, two of them with apps in the App Store and Google Play, so we know the whole route from login and roles through Apple and Google review to running in production.

We run our own company from Platformhuset OS, a system we built. Mail, calendar, cases, customers and finance sit in one place, and AI agents prepare drafts, research, reports and code changes that are reviewed before use. Anything that sends, pays, deletes or commits the company waits for human approval. Clients get the same rule.
