1. Objective Design, develop, supply, install, test, and commission an IoT-based monitoring and control application for RO Water Treatment Plants, enabling real-time monitoring, remote operation, data logging, alarms, analytics, and reporting through Web and Mobile Platforms. 2. Scope of Supply & Services A. IoT Hardware Integration Integration of IoT gateway/controller with existing RO plant PLC/control panel. Interface with plant instruments and sensors, including: Flow Meters Pressure Transmitters pH Analyzer Conductivity/TDS Meter Level Sensors Pump Status Signals Valve Status Signals Energy Meter (if available) Provision of communication modules (4G/Wi-Fi/Ethernet) for data transmission. B. Real-Time Monitoring The application shall provide real-time monitoring of: Raw Water Tank Level Treated Water Tank Level RO Feed Pressure RO Permeate Flow RO Reject Flow Product Water TDS Feed Water TDS pH Values Pump Running Status Valve Position Status System Health Status Power Consumption (where applicable) C. Remote Control Features Authorized users shall be able to: Start/Stop RO Plant Start/Stop Feed Pumps Start/Stop High Pressure Pumps Operate Motorized Valves (where installed) Reset Alarms Schedule Plant Operation Enable/Disable Equipment based on access rights D. These improvements led to better plant performance, reduced manual intervention, and increased system reliability.

 Overall, our experience was very positive. While the project was delivered successfully, additional user training sessions and more detailed documentation during the initial implementation phase could have further enhanced the user experience. However, the company was responsive and addressed all requirements effectively.
