Plan Bulgaria has laid the foundation for setting up my company in Bulgaria. This includes legal advice, notary services, banking, and connection to an existing business network. The team has prepared all the paperwork from A to Z for setting up a company. In addition, preliminary (legal) checks are carried out regarding matters such as the domain name etc. Plan Bulgaria can also be used as a sounding board to help the business accelerate. Furthermore, Plan Bulgaria has an extensive network that can be leveraged immediately if desired.

All necessary matters have been arranged and/or completed. After a well-prepared period prior to my visit to Bulgaria, everything was finalized within one week. After that, you can get started immediately. Your business is effectively “open,” so to say.In particular, Plan Bulgaria has delivered a timeline with various visits to the notary, bank, and government authorities, essentially a checklist. In addition, time was set aside to meet international entrepreneurs who also use Plan Bulgaria.
