What was the team composition?

Plan B project manager coordinated all the activities related to our requests and marketing strategy, in total depending on the needs 3-5 team members worked on the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With Plan B help we managed to increase number of recruited candidates +17% monthly. With their help we implemented 3 automation projects such as CPM, autodial and call tracks, which significantly improved our operations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had regular meetings with our project manager - weekly and monthly, team reacted to urgent request very fast and everyone was really interested to reach our business results. Our cooperation with the team is extremely professional and predictable. The Plan B team would keep a timeline and report regularly on the progress of the project. All documentation is structured to adhere to the security approaches to the data we shared.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

-Interest in our business results and success. -Willingness to help and support in non-standard situations. Also, in cases when something went wrong as expected, we were always told about it and discussed these situations openly together. In particular, we can note several critical situations in which the Plan B team made extra actions and helped solve critical situations that went a little beyond the project. For us, Plan B team has become a real reliable marketing partner.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Maybe just one - even deeper involvement to our company operational daily work.
