What challenge were you trying to address with PKC Management Consulting?

We needed help with business process consulting. Our objective was to review our existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design standardized workflows that would improve operational efficiency, accountability, and visibility across departments.

What was the scope of their involvement?

PKC Management Consulting provided business process consulting across our procurement, sales, inventory, and accounts functions. Their scope included analyzing our existing processes, identifying gaps, standardizing workflows, and recommending improvements to improve efficiency, visibility, and overall operational control. The team also helped us document SOPs and recommend process improvements aligned with our business requirements.
As for deliverables, PKC Management Consulting provided a complete set of process documentation and implementation tools for our procurement, sales, inventory, and accounts functions. Their deliverables included SOPs, process flow diagrams, RACI matrices, roles and responsibilities (R&R) documents, standardized templates, and customized Google Sheets tools to support our day-to-day operations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

PKC Management Consulting successfully completed the process consulting phase, with standardized workflows documented across procurement, sales, inventory, and accounts. Key deliverables such as SOPs, process flow diagrams, RACI matrices, R&R documents, templates, and Google Sheets-based operational tools were delivered. The ERP development based on these process designs is currently underway.
The new workflows and tools significantly improved visibility and accountability across our operations. The customer analysis dashboard provided better insights into customer feedback, footfall, and sales diversion. The petty cash tool, due date tracker, and budgeting module improved financial tracking and control. We also digitized the purchase order (PO) and goods receipt note (GRN) processes, reducing manual work and improving process visibility and documentation. 
While the ERP implementation is still under development, these tools have already streamlined several day-to-day operations.
In terms of quantitative results, customer feedback collection increased from around 2%–3% to over 20%, giving us much better visibility into customer experience. The petty cash process was streamlined by moving from individual voucher entries to consolidated accounting entries in Tally, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
The due date tracking system also improved payment discipline, increasing on-time supplier and indirect expense payments by more than 50%. These improvements enhanced operational visibility, accountability, and overall process efficiency while the ERP implementation is still underway.

PKC Management Consulting was excellent in terms of project management. Their team was very polite, approachable, and easy to work with throughout the engagement. They were attentive to our requirements, patiently answered all of our questions, and were always available whenever we needed clarification or support. Communication was consistent, and they delivered the agreed consulting milestones on time while accommodating our feedback whenever required.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Most of our concerns were proactively identified and addressed by the PKC Management Consulting team without us having to follow up. Their approach to understanding and solving problems was very professional, and they paid close attention to the details. Overall, we felt they didn't miss anything important and delivered exactly what we expected.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we didn't have any significant suggestions for improvement.
