What challenge were you trying to address with pixes?

They made my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

pixes handled design and development for my website. They created a YouTube video, Facebook posts and ads, and a logo for me as well. Lastly, pixes developed a lead generation website for me. People leave their phone numbers so that one of my employees can call them. The designer prepared the final design step by step. After this, they sent me a preview web page. 

What is the team composition?

I was in contact with two people, including the main designer.

How did you come to work with pixes?

I checked their website, and I really liked the projects they’d worked on. I called them to see if they could prepare a similar website for me.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in September 2019 and took 1–2 months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

People liked the YouTube video. Everything’s working well, and people like the lead generation site. I was told the site looks modern.

How did pixes perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated very well; they were in contact with me through phone and Skype. Their contact came to my office to discuss what I wanted. Their designer got in touch with me after one week. Everything was smooth.

What did you find most impressive about them?

In my opinion, pixes is really good for clients who aren’t that big. They take care of everything without being too pricey. For me, it was the best solution compared to other larger agencies.
 
Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

pixes is a professional studio. I told them what I needed, and they prepared an exact proposal for that. If you have an idea, they’ll work with you.

What challenge were you trying to address with pixes?

We wanted to freshen up and reorganize our site.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

pixes kicked the project off by presenting various designs to show us what our pages could look like. Then, after some back and forth, they started building out the structure of the site. What the pixes team has provided is basically a skeleton. Our internal team is now working with them to upload content, photos, products, descriptions, and so on. 

What is the team composition?

I work directly with their web development and web design teams.

How did you come to work with pixes?

I found pixes online and browsed their portfolio. I liked what I saw, so I interviewed them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2020, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m very happy with their work. Unfortunately, we haven’t launched it yet because we have many products, and our internal team hasn’t finished building out the pages yet.

How did pixes perform from a project management standpoint?

pixes has worked within our set deadlines, and they’ve never gone over the budget. The project’s taking a while because of our side, but we have no complaints with the pixes team. I’ve had a really positive experience with them. To interface, we use Zoom and Citrix Workspace.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The design they’ve created is really impressive. We like the formatting of the pages.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of any fault on their side. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend them — pixes is a good team.
