What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Pixelolabs’ work ensured that KAF’s website is launch-ready, visually consistent, and equipped to share updates regularly. This foundation strengthens KAF’s ability to pursue grant applications, secure fiscal sponsorships, and expand visibility for our programs—helping us bring essential services, resources, and Body Safety books into the hands of children and communities who need them most.

Pixelolabs demonstrated flexibility and patience in working with KAF’s small team, limited nonprofit budget, and bandwidth constraints. While deadlines were adjusted throughout the process, these shifts were largely due to the realities of nonprofit operations rather than delays on their end. They did their best to stay responsive and keep progress moving forward, adjusting timelines as needed and communicating regularly to align with KAF’s evolving priorities.

What impresses us most about Pixelolabs is their genuine commitment to supporting the mission of a nonprofit. They don’t just provide technical services—they believe in the cause and bring that passion into their work. Their team also stands out for their willingness to empower clients by walking us through how to edit and update the website ourselves, ensuring information isn’t siloed or locked behind their team. This level of transparency and collaboration is rare and deeply appreciated

Are there any areas for improvement or something PixeloLabs could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with Pixelolabs’ work and don’t have significant areas for improvement to note. If anything, we would have appreciated just a touch more attention to detail in certain areas. Even so, their flexibility, responsiveness, and dedication more than made up for it, and the final product reflects their commitment to our mission.

Mad Swirl is an arts and literature creative outlet. It is a platform, a showcase, and a stage for artistic expression in this mad, mad world of ours; a diverse collection of as many poets, artists, and writers we can gather from around the world; from Nepal to Ireland, from England to China, from California to New York City and all the places in between. 

Our Poetry Forum features works from over 170 contributing poets, our Short Story Library has over 40 participating writers and our Mad Gallery has over 50 resident artists.
