Pivot-al has created web application reporting dashboard designed to aggregate customer metrics. To meet my specific needs, they created APIs to plug into our intuitive dashboard that features easy-to-understand infographics. Their key deliverables included data cleansing, data merging from multiple sources, deduplication of data records, and seamless transitioning between two different API versions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the most impactful outcomes of our collaboration with Pivot-al was the seamless integration of multiple reporting and tracking data points into a unified user experience. This was crucial for the project's success, alongside the enhanced speed of data loading and rendering from these multiple data sources. 

Another Pivot-al achievement was the successful amalgamation of tracking analytics, which were data crunched to create better user experiences, enriching the insights and bolstering the overall user interface and experience.

Their project management approach was straightforward and effective. They met all deadlines, delivering items on time, and they were responsive to our needs throughout the project.

What stood out most about this company were their flexibility and client-oriented approach, coupled with an extremely high level of professional knowledge and skill. They were adaptable to our needs, and they were highly focused on achieving the best possible outcome for us. They were a great company to work with!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pivotal could have done differently?

Regarding areas for improvement, it's hard to find any, especially with Pivot-al exceptional support. He was very communicative and continually collaborated with us to deliver the ideal solution. David even went above and beyond, dedicating extra time to troubleshoot and debug issues that were caused by other developers, and fell outside of this project's scope. For their extra effort and dedication, we're extremely grateful and out experience has been very positive.
