The overall focus has been to avoid any and all administrative processes needed to open up and register a legal entity.

By outsourcing payroll and monthly payouts to Pivot, our internal finance admin time dropped from approximately 20 hours per month to less than 2 hours, freeing our team to focus on billable client work.Moreover, before partnering with Pivot we occasionally missed filing deadlines and incurred late fees; since engaging them we have had zero tax penalties, thanks to their reminders and on-time filings.
The most important for us part was the faster financial reporting - our monthly financial close cycle went from 12 days to 5 days, giving us earlier access to accurate data for decision-making.
