Please describe your company and your position there.

nFlo is a team of people with many years of experience in the implementation of complex IT projects. The company implements solutions in the field of ICT infrastructure and software of leading manufacturers as well as develops dedicated applications. nFlo provides high availability solutions - from the stage of analysis, architecture development, through product delivery and implementation, to warranty and post-warranty support services.

We analyze changes in applicable and prepared legal acts on an ongoing basis so that our Experts can provide adequate assistance to business, public and local government administration, as well as private individuals who request such support. Consultations, implementations, reviews, and trainings in the field of GDPR requirements, which are currently so important, are conducted by practitioners - experienced Data Protection Officers.

For what projects/services did your company hire PiRebels, and what were your goals?

Our main challenge is to acquire new valuable leads and maintain relationships at all stages of the marketing and sales funnel. In most cases, our marketing and sales process is long and lasts from several weeks to several months. An additional complication is the need to communicate with various people in the company, both cybersecurity specialists as well as CISO and CIO. Depending on the position held and the stage of the marketing and sales funnel, we must communicate various issues.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for an agency that understands IT products and market. Our industry has specific laws, and the pandemic has limited traditional customer acquisition opportunities. It was crucial for us to find a partner who understands the sales process of cyber security products, has the necessary knowledge to communicate with IT specialists and is also able to effectively cooperate with our sales department.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

We started our cooperation with planning and implementing a small lead generation campaign. PiRebels has prepared a detailed campaign plan with estimates. The planned results were achieved with a surplus, and the cost of the campaign was within the planned budget.

After this test, we started to prepare an inbound and outbound strategy for all offered products. In cooperation with PiRebels, we prepared a new website, implemented the HubSpot marketing automation system, and started regular and systematic communication on facebook and linkedin. PiRebels carries out efficient campaigns for us in google, facebook and linkedin. We are currently implementing the employee advocacy program on linkedin. PiRebels also deals with web analytics.

As an IT integrator, we have the opportunity to obtain financing for marketing and sales campaigns from hardware and software vendors. Also in this matter, we cooperate with PiRebels, which represents us in front of our technology partners, acquiring and effectively settling co-marketing funds.

We are served by a team of specialists managed by the PiRebels strategist, with whom we contact in all current matters.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The highest conversion rate in lead generation campaigns implemented by PiRebels for us was 31.59%. It was a lead ads campaign on facebook, in which we promoted the cyber security report. In this way, we obtained e-mail addresses and telephone numbers for potential customers. Within 3 months, we built a contact base of 386 leads. These are the most important results among the many KPIs that we have improved thanks to our cooperation with PiRebels.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We meet every other week to discuss plans for the coming days. If any questions arise in the meantime PiRebels are very responsive and communication is exemplary.

We were impressed by their marketing knowledge and skills as well as their industry knowledge, especially cybersecurity.
