I work for a retail chain with over 20 branches, in the marketing department.

For what projects/services did your company hire PIQUED DIGI MEDIA?

PIQUED was responsible for the overall branding, marketing and lead generation for our retail chain.

What were your goals for this project?

Increase awareness of our brand, increase sales and outreach, develop an interactive relationship with the target audience.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We've had a couple of bad experiences with digital marketing agencies, so when a friend recommended Piqued, we were quite skeptical. But right from the interview, their pitch was aligned to our vision and they've kept up their end of the bargain really well.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We gave them our goals list and they came up with an initial 3-month plan to achieve that via social media. We had a couple of meetings initially to get down to the details and help them understand our vision and our requirements. Once the on-boarding was completed, it has been pretty smooth.

We stay in touch regularly via Telegram and the team notifies us whenever a new post is made on social media from our page. They also take care of the inboxes with queries and help develop a good relationship with the customer.

What was the team composition?

They're a small team. We're not quite sure of the composition, but we have one SMM executive assigned to our brand who is responsible for any contact between us and the customer or us and the designers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've been very satisfied with PIQUED's work. They're creative, they think out of the box and come up with quick, workable solutions to whatever problems that come up. Our customer base has increased and so have our sales. Their leads are consistent, and its good for the business- so we are happy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are notified whenever there is anything that requires our attention. They are self-sufficient, so they're pretty effective with their handling of our brand. We get once a week updates on what has been done for that week and a reminder if anything is pending from our end, or if anything is pending from their side, we get an explanation and a new deadline as to when it'll be finished.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Being a small team, the amount of importance given to us is great. They're prompt and punctual. We've never had any issue with their deliverables. Even with changes and reworks to the creatives, they're very accommodating.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really. We're happy the way our brand is shaping up under PIQUED's marketing strategy.
