They began by understanding the existing system and then focused on cutting-edge AI driven methodologies. These help us to achieve the best candidate, company, and job match. It also identifies potential candidates and recommends similarly skilled, culturally-matched candidates to the organization in need.

The team comprised AI engineers, a system architect, backend engineers, and frontend engineers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team collaborative handholding from the team at the beginning of the project was very helpful. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism, a top-notch skillset, prompt delivery, and very affordable pricing. We started with one requirement and after seeing their capability, quickly gave them more responsibility.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very efficiently managed between our team and Shubhradeep (Co-founder, Pichain) and Venkat (Co-founder, Pichain). We were able to communicate in a clear way, so it never felt like we were two separate teams.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their skillset is excellent, the pricing is honest, and they’re humble professionals who aspire to make it big.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I’m impressed with what the team can do. They should expand and go big.

I’m a project manager for machine learning POC at Unilever. We’re a transnational consumer goods company co-headquartered in London, United Kingdom, and Rotterdam, Netherlands. Our products include food and beverages, cleaning agents, beauty products, and personal care products.

We wanted to build a set of models that would automate the manufacturing specification and design process and assist users with data entry.

We floated the request via TapChief and were impressed by the AI-centric approach Shubhradeep (Co-Founder, Pichain) and his team pitched. They impressed me with their in-depth knowledge, quality process, and skilled team.

Working with our existing application, their team developed an understanding of its business value, user behavior, and data history. Then, they delivered AI functionality to achieve complete automation of the manufacturing specification and design process.

The workflow was very efficiently managed through Shubhradeep's and Venkat’s (CTO, Pichain) collaboration. There was a good level of communication, and they openly presented their views for the betterment of the project.

Their humility and commitment to delivering and growing the project stood out to me. Their combination of skills and pricing were also impressive.

I believe they should expand their team size and shoot for bigger things.

We hired Pichain to help one of our largest clients build machine learning algorithms.

We wanted to automate several redundant tasks using AI and machine learning.

They were well known for their knowledge in AI, machine learning, and blockchain development. I heard about them through my network and finally got the chance to work with them.

We have an NDA, so I can't disclose the details.

Three people from Pichain addressed our problem statement.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their models worked successfully, and our client was very happy with Pichain. We helped our client build algorithms to avoid 90% of human interventions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Pichain was extremely professional. They kept track of their work and updated us biweekly. They were always transparent and flexible, accommodating additional hours at no cost if the task was within their purview.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I valued their transparency, market standard prices, and excellent subject knowledge.

They should scale up their team to take on more projects.

I'm the owner and founder of a clothing company, consisting of several brands.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pichain Innovations Pvt Ltd?

We reached out to Pichain to create a blockchain roadmap for our company. We took down the site for a few months to build a strong platform for our e-commerce customers, so we could implement tokens. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pichain helped tokenize our website, creating a roadmap for the blockchain technology to be incorporated into our platform. They initially provided analysis, which was incorporated into the white paper another vendor created. They then created a roadmap and have been involved in the three phases of setting up the technology that allows certain customers access to our platform, new products, and the ability to use fiat money.

What is the team composition? 

I worked with a few people on their team, including Prasanna (Co-founder, Pichain Innovations Pvt Ltd). 

How did you come to work with Pichain Innovations Pvt Ltd?

I found them through another contact on Linkedin and got to talking to them from there.

How much have you invested with them?

We've invested about $1,200 for the analysis and roadmap work they provided, but we plan on investing more as they assist with the third phase of the project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working with them since November 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Pichain's efforts have helped generate a lot of interest in our company. Our partners have been more impressed by the new technologies we're offering than our actual products in some cases.

How did Pichain Innovations Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very responsive and good about tracking me down when they need to. They have solid representation on their team and are very detail-oriented. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're both hungry and knowledgeable in their field, so they're very proactive when it comes to getting things done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Although Prasanna is good about reaching out, it would be helpful to pull in more of his team into conversations with us as well.
