Photon Brains was responsible for IT Service Operations as MSP for our company. They managed cloud and Data Center infrastructure along with Application and Database Management as well. They also assisted in IT staff augmentation as well.

Initially, it was a 1-year fixed contract but due to their top-quality services, it got renewed twice and hopefully it will be renewed again.
