The project was to completely rebuild a large Wordpress Ecommerce Website using a completely new Theme to resolve multiple issues with a heavily bespoked website created by a previous web development company which was not user friendly and lacked scalability and longevity.

PHDTech assisted with specific PHP and CSS tasks and other elements that required some customisations.

Deepak, is always responsive and attentive in meetings. he understands the sometimes complex technical issues and works with his developers to achieve a successful outcome

Nikunj is the Wordpress Developer who worked on this project and he was exceptional in understanding the requirements and grasps complex issues quickly.

He also has an understanding of Web design so every fix he delivered always looked visually correct at the first attempt. this meant a number of issues where resolved very quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something PhdTech Software could have done differently?

This project proved that the right people made the job so much easier. quality control needs to be focussed on before passing work back to the client, but Nikunj generally understood how things needed to look and work and this saved a lot of time in QC

We hired PhdTech Software to create a robust Web & Mobile application that our partnered stores can use to create eVouchers and Cards for their customers. Our prime goal was to have a user friendly process for our merchants to manage coupons, customers, ease of eVouchers & cards redeemption process, effective way for recharging the Cards and having a proper management of overall transactions under the merchant account.

For us, it was also important to have a classic backend admin panel from where we could manage everything of this platform. By hiring PhdTech Software on our project we got a perfect solution for both Web and Mobile.

The overall project is a good success. The results are good as it is showing a bug free performance and easy to use user interface for the merchants as well as the customers.

We have already started generating the business through this platform and planning to launch AfriGift in other countries too.
