The project is an online casino platform in which every game round is cryptographically anchored to a blockchain within 10 seconds. Six autonomous AI agents handle risk scoring, anti-money-laundering review, player support, collusion detection, bonus-abuse prevention. It was designed and delivered by Pharos Production to us in replace of our legacy turnkey casino platform. The platform went live with a team of 14 engineers. We already processed 657 million game rounds across 2400 titles from 38 game providers. The point of our platform is that a regulator or an auditor or a payment provider or a player can independently verify any single round out of those 657 million in under several seconds without asking the operator for anything.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We worked with a dedicated team plus a delivery lead and Dmytro, their CTO, stayed personally involved in architecture decisions. Two-week sprints and a shared board we had full write access to. What I valued most was that regulatory work was tracked as engineering work. When our legal team raised a change, it entered the same flow. We hit our licensing milestone on the date we had committed to the regulator. What I can point to is how it surfaced. We knew that same week with a revised plan attached rather than discovering it at the demo. Responsively. Twice we asked for functionality changes and they came back with a written case for why it would cost us more later plus an alternative. Once we insisted on ours and they built it without further argument. That balance is rarer than it can be. Practically same-day turnaround on questions in our timezone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That we never had to teach them our business. We'd been through two vendor selections before this one and both times the first quarter went into explaining custody models and what a market surveillance obligation actually is. With Pharos that conversation didn't happen. In the first workshop they were asking about our settlement model and liquidity provider setup. Over eighteen months that compounds into something you can't buy back later. I'd describe it less as a development agency and more as a team that happens to have built this category of system before.

Solana work uses Rust and the Anchor framework, TON backs Telegram mini-apps, Cosmos runs CosmWasm and Stellar handles cross-border payments and tokenized assets. Non-EVM chains need different security tooling. Anchor fuzz testing for Solana and Horizon for Stellar do not resemble the EVM toolchain, so the audit method changes per runtime. PumpTap is the clearest example. It holds Ethereum, Solana and BNB Chain keys behind one interface, which meant reconciling two incompatible signing curves, secp256k1 and Ed25519, under MPC key management. It now handles 50,000+ daily transactions with zero security incidents. We keep a chain abstraction layer in-house, so adding another chain to a multi-chain product takes 1 to 2 weeks rather than 8 to 12. We do not chain-shop. The right chain is the one that fits your gas budget, tooling needs and target users.

Yes. We have run 30+ audit engagements. The engineers who write the contracts also audit them, so review is not handed to a separate team that has never shipped on the chain in question. EVM audits use Foundry, Slither, Mythril and Echidna. Rust audits cover Solana programs through Anchor, with fuzz testing, plus CosmWasm contracts for Cosmos. The method is chain-specific because each runtime has its own gas model, storage pattern and attack surface. We implement ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-721A, ERC-1155, ERC-4626 and ERC-4337 account abstraction. Where transfers must be permissioned we use ERC-3643 and ERC-1400. Our Rust practice covers 15+ projects since 2019, including custom L1 and L2 nodes and consensus engines.

We build to MiCA, PSD2, AML and Travel Rule requirements. That means the compliance surface is designed in at architecture stage rather than bolted on before an audit: transfer restrictions, identity checks, record keeping and reporting are part of the data model. For permissioned transfers we implement ERC-3643 and ERC-1400. For identity and screening we have shipped KYC and AML systems in production. Regulated work is a different discipline from shipping a dApp. Most of the extra effort goes into the evidence trail rather than the code.
