Overall, the experience was very positive. If there’s one area for potential improvement, it would be to provide more frequent micro updates during key stages of the design process. While the final results were excellent, having more visibility into smaller design decisions along the way could have added even more collaboration value. That said, their team was always responsive and open to feedback when we reached out.
