Petra is very client focused. They regularly checked in, and the whole team was very open to ideas and feedback to ensure we got the product we needed when we needed it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Petra Mayer & Associates Consulting Inc. could have done differently?

I think we could have worked together more at the beginning to align on the expectations for the way the internal interviews would be conducted and analyzed. We eventually got on track but I'm not sure the right resource from her team was assigned to this, I think somone from more of a business background would have been a better fit.
