What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The studio initiated by sending us a proposed chronogram for the entire strategic consulting project, which we approved and started working on immediately. Along with the chronogram, each step explained what deliverable we would be receiving, such as word document, meeting, brainstorming session, etc.

Then, when the recommendations arrived, they established the deliverable and KPIs for the execution of each step, for example: "re-structuring of performance metrics for the top management, deliverable: 8 job descriptions, word document, approximate lenght: 6 pages with 12 components" and gave it a week. The succes metric that accompanied it was that the job description could be measurable with an evaluation.

They delivered everything sooner than what they proposed to us. The communication was flawless, we didnt have any questions because they kept us over-informed all the time, with questions we didnt know we could have.
