Perspectives Team is responsible for our webshop based on Magento 2. The manage updates, develop new features and take care about the UX of our Webshop.

They managed to make our webshop reliable even after releases.

Yes, they always do their best to deliver on time. Project management is always on point even though sometimes bugs are time-consuming as in every other dev-project.

They really care about imporving their processes. Their processes are reliable and consistent.

There are always things you can improve to develop yourself further, but as already mentioned, this is part of their company philosophy.

Our online store needed many fixes, updates, and upgrades. There were many things related to Front End, Back End, SEO optimization, etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a local company with a proven experience and reputation on a market. Perspective is one of such companies.

In general there was non-stop work related to website optimization. One of the biggest challenges was ERP integration which also was performed pretty well.

It depends on task complexity, but usually it is 3-5 specialists

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are quite happy so far and do not stop cooperating with the Perspective Team. Basically, all our requirements were successfully implemented.

We had one contact person from perspective - the PM. Few times we had a general discussions with the whole team - PM, developers, QAs. The flow is simple and efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Perspective as a team is extremely experienced with all aspects of Magento we’ve touched so far, and considering very prompt communication and transparency, it was a great experience for me too.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I couldn’t notice anything I’d like to high-light so far. Of course, there were some issues, but these guys do not try to avoid responsibility and live in a long-term perspective.

We had a client that had a really bad developed project done with Magento 2. We needed a solid professional team to help un on the development part of the project, for bug corrections and many improvements. Perspective Studio was that team, they were always reachable, always ready to help us and give us solutions, not problems.

To fix bugs and make make design and functionalities development on a M2 webstore.

I went through many candidates and fortunately chose them.

They made all necessary reviews and suggestions for the problems we had, they were responsible for the development and implementation of the fixes and features, as well as guarantee that everything was put live correctly and with less risks.

1 Project Manager and 2 Developers

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The bugs were corrected, the features requested were added and everything was added into production without any problem. Everything went well.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project Management was done well, we used an AGILE Board and everything was done as scheduled. Every time I needed something they always replied; it's a must on online collaboration

From my experience not many, everything went well and as expected.
