BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Empata is a local non-profit charity organization I founded. Our work is dedicated to the children from low income families, struggling to pay for their medical bills and treatments. Our organization helps them through donations, relieving them of debts. We also contribute to local children causes, like helping build local daycare for the children with disabilities. I am the legal representative of Empata charity.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Perfectfit.Space?

We didn't have a website since we founded Empata, and PerfectFit Space offered us their services. Now we have a beautiful platform, easy to use and add content to.

What were your goals for this project?

A secure website, easy to use and update. We wanted a site that would be low maintenance, and where our volunteers could add content by themselves.

How did you select this vendor?

Alex (the developer) from PerfectFit contacted us and offered us his help with the web presentation.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

The PerfectFit Space took care of our domain and hosting. We were presented with many options for the appearance of the site. We picked one that best suited our needs. Alex explained to us in great detail how to manage and add our content. We still use PerfectFit services for monthly maintenance of our site.

What was the team composition?

We worked with Aleksandar Savkovic and someone from the support department.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Such a professionally looking website raised our profile in the community and helped us present our previous projects. That led us to secure new donors, and develop further relationships with our old ones. It is a place where we communicate with our supporters and share news about the progress of our fundraisers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We were really pleased with the results.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The speed of the delivery was definitely impressive. I would also like to emphasize the patience Alex had with us, whilst we were choosing the solutions that best suit us. He was a big help and still is, supporting us and our work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

At this point we wouldn't change anything about the site or our communications.
