I am the head of development and marketing for Pickard Properties, a property developer that concentrates on new builds for rental properties.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Pepper PPC?

We have two primary campaigns: one targeting the student market and the other targeting the professional market. Pepper PPC tweaked our student market PPC campaign, and completely refreshed our campaign towards the professional market.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

They worked with Google Ads and Facebook PPC for both of our campaigns. While we have a separate agency for our SEO work, Pepper PPC worked closely with them.

I received a word-of-mouth recommendation. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested about £10,500 (approximately $13,800 USD) with Pepper PPC. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from November 2018–December 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Pepper PPC provided me with a statement each month on how successful their campaigns were. They performed well, meeting all the metrics I hoped for.

How did Pepper PPC perform from a project management standpoint?

We spoke once or twice a week, and they quickly delivered on what we communicated to them via email, calls, or Basecamp. We told Pepper PPC our needs, and they acted on them. They met all deadlines on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They did everything that I expected of them. They also were very informative about new PPC products.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t believe they could have done anything more.
