Pentagram Digital was brought in to fully redesign and rebuild the TeamUp website from the ground up. The scope covered UX strategy, visual design, front-end development, and CMS integration. Key deliverables included a redesigned homepage, dedicated product pages for each fitness type (yoga, CrossFit, pilates, gyms, etc.), a features section, pricing page, and resource hub. They also worked on mobile responsiveness, page load performance, and ensuring the site structure supported lead generation through clear calls-to-action and demo booking flows throughout.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the site went live, we saw a noticeable improvement in the time visitors were spending on product pages people were actually reading through the features instead of bouncing. Demo request submissions went up, which was the core metric we were tracking. Page speed scores improved compared to the old site, and the mobile experience stopped being a pain point for us internally. The fitness-type-specific pages also started picking up organic search traffic that the old flat site structure wasn't capturing.

There were a couple of moments where feedback rounds took a bit longer than expected, but nothing that put the overall launch at risk. They kept things moving.

They weren't just making things look good; they were thinking about who was landing on those pages and what those people needed to see to take the next step.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pentagram Digital could have done differently?

A bit more proactive input on SEO structure at the start would have been helpful. Some of the page hierarchy decisions we ended up revisiting after launch, which could have been avoided with that conversation earlier in the process. Also, the handoff documentation was fairly light — once the site was live, our internal team had to do some digging to understand how certain sections were built. A more thorough walkthrough at the end would have saved us time.
