A few of my colleagues have said they like the design. The business is young so I don't have a lot of data to compare to

We mostly emailed back and forth as necessary. Not sure what to comment on project "management" as it was essentially just an email dialogue. Emails were responded to within an hour or two during business hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I can't say much here as this is my first experience paying for logo design

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Just to let me know when the project manager has his/her days off so I know when to set time aside and not to.

Their service is second to none! We got up to 3 designs per day, which they kept up with. They are very communicative and they help us to keep everything organized.

Keep in mind: If you are bad at communicating what you want, you may not like the designs, so provide references/examples and explain what you don't want in addition to what you do want to avoid too many revisions. If you're open and give them creative reign, they produce very stylish designs. For the price and quality - we definitely recommend trying Penji out!

The concept of unlimited graphic design makes sense, but I just don't think it works. I have a new company and the idea was to create a logo and website. The company told me to make multiple different projects when I didn't want to and they only worked on 1 or 2 projects at a time. It was very frustrating and I felt mislead at the end of the day.

It was hard to communicate with them, very slow response time

I liked their affordable designs and concepts.

I did several searches on the net, comparing the services I needed and the ones I found. This provider was selected because it met all the requirements we were looking for and because we had all the services we needed in one place.

After contacting them, we determined what our requirements were and what it took to be satisfied with the work that was to be done. We set out the details of the project and all the tasks in steps to achieve a common success. Finally, we set the deadline for the delivery of the services we agreed to receive.

I had interaction with the project manager, web designer, design illustrator, and QR resources at the final.

The traffic to the site we upgraded increased by 15%, and the feedback from users became much more positive, as customers were satisfied with the quality and interface of the new site.

I would have liked more communication from them and more attention to detail, however many elements could have been better fine-tuned.

The fact that there are more designers gathered should generate more ideas, as mentioned above that they have a variety of services.

There is always room for improvement, although I am a great team from my point of view the type of work on a project should be improved, I would have liked a finished project much faster and of course more attention to the small but so important details.
