Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of VIP Emlak which is a real estate agency based in Mersin.

For what projects/services did your company hire PenDigital, and what were your goals?

We engaged with PenDigital in order to renew our website and mobile application which were a bit outdated. Our goal was to create a more consistent brand identity and make visitors to use our website and mobile application easily.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a web agency which is experienced on web and mobile app.development. Once we found them, we had a meeting and we decided to work with them as we were informed about their skills and experience.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a meeting to give a detailed brief to PenDigital. After our meeting, they prepared wireframes for the website and mobile app. We decided on the final version after a few feedbacks and they designed pages. Once we confirm the final designs, they started HTML&CSS and the development. The website is WordPress and the mobile app is React Native.

Our main contact was the project manager however there were also

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

One of our main problem was a high bounce rate for our website. After launching the new website, it started to decrease significantly as the UI was much better than the previous one. Besides we got so much positive feedback from our clients. We were pleased with the high-quality results.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They have a very responsive style of project management. Our questions and feedbacks were always answered in time and the communication were quite professional. We used e-mail as the main communication tool which they also shared all deliverables through it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about the company was that they explain everything in transparency. They always let you know about your options and results. Besides their time management were remarkable. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had no issue.
